• 09 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Route des jeunes 35, 1227 Carouge GE Project Manager in joinery / fit-out (M/F) Location: Geneve Start date: to be agreed Contract: CDI at 100% Remuneration: according to profile and experience Driver's license required Project Manager in joinery / Fit-out *MAIN MISSIONS* The project manager in joinery/fit-out is responsible for the complete coordination of interior joinery and fit-out projects, from the design phase to the final delivery. Their missions include: \- Site surveys, taking measurements and preparation of manufacturing plans (fit-outs, interior joinery, standard and EI30 doors, woodwork, etc.) \- Realization of cutting lists and manufacturing files \- Establishment of quotes, measurements and costings \- Planning, monitoring and coordination of construction sites \- Cost monitoring, budgetary management and respect of deadlines \- Ordering and management of materials, in connection with suppliers \- Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors assigned to the project \- Quality monitoring and management of non-conformities \- Participation in site meetings with the different stakeholders \- Writing of monitoring reports and updating of schedules \- Use of CAD software (Autocad 2D), office software and internal ERP *PROFILE SOUGHT* \- Higher technical training (CFC, ES Technician or equivalent) in joinery, fit-out or wood construction \- Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in Suisse romande \- Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities and anticipation \- Interpersonal ease, diplomacy and ability to dialogue with architects, clients and internal teams \- Strong sense of customer service, autonomy and reactivity \- Good stress management and ability to manage several projects in parallel \- Mastery of software: Autocad 2D, MS Office (Word, Excel), knowledge of an ERP (asset) \- In-depth knowledge of materials, installation techniques, Swiss standards (SIA, fire protection, acoustics, etc.)
