The Office des travaux publics is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of cantonal roads as well as hydraulic structures and soft mobility in Grisons. We also take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the cantonal territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes more than 1'450 engineering structures, including suspension bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges presented by the nature of our mountainous canton in both summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified Friendly Work Space office, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. We are looking for the road maintenance department in district 7 Thusis from 1 November 2026 or by agreement for a road maintenance worker

Your area of responsibility

• Execution of road maintenance work within a small maintenance team
• Summer and winter service
• Cleaning and restoration work after accidents or natural events
• Checking the condition of roads and road installations
• Ensuring the standby service (summer and winter)
