• Analysis and rectification of electrical faults in production systems
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems
• Carrying out electrical measurements and fault searches on machines and systems in compliance with applicable safety regulations
• Support during commissioning, conversions, and optimizations of controls
• Support in the creation and maintenance of electrical documentation
• Collaboration in the further development and standardization of automation solutions
• Support for external specialists during complex faults and plant projects
• Repairs and maintenance work on machines and systems
• Preventive maintenance work
• Maintenance work and maintaining service documentation
• Fault analysis and their rectification
• Installation and commissioning of new machines and systems
• Identifying potential for improvement
• Implementation of occupational safety specifications
• Spare parts management
• Optimization of production resources that positively influence productivity

THESE QUALITIES COMPLEMENT OUR TEAM

• Completed basic technical training EFZ, preferably as an Automatiker, Mechatroniker, Automatikmonteur, or Polymechaniker with corresponding further training
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production systems in an industrial environment
• Very good mechanical knowledge as well as sound technical understanding of production systems and their peripheral systems
• Sound knowledge in electrical fault analysis and troubleshooting in automated production systems
• Experience in handling PLC controls from Siemens (TIA Portal, STEP7) and/or Beckhoff (TwinCAT) for the analysis and rectification of faults
• Ability to systematically analyze causes of errors and implement sustainable solutions
• Permit according to NIV Art. 15 or willingness to complete the corresponding training promptly
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1)
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
• High teamwork skills, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call service
