Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Provide advice and accompany digitalization projects, particularly regarding the legal aspects related to data protection, compliance, security and contracts • Draft legal documents and opinions • Draft contracts focused on data protection and licensing law (open source and proprietary) • Provide support and advice in the planning and implementation of plans, as well as in the processing of procedures • Manage contacts and the exchange of specialist information with internal and external stakeholders <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree in law (Master of Law) and several years of professional experience in the mentioned fields; a bar attorney qualification is a preferential title • Strong interest in new technologies and digitalization; predisposition for interdisciplinary and agile collaboration; good ICT knowledge at the user level • Excellent knowledge of data protection law and contract law (including licensing law) • Rapidity of learning and the ability to familiarize yourself with new thematic areas and branches of law • Integrity and psychophysical resilience, great proficiency in public speaking, assertiveness and the ability to communicate with different interest groups in a heterogeneous environment • Good active knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In summary Do you want to test your legal skills in a modern and technological environment and thus contribute to the digitalization projects of UFIT?
