We offer you a varied and exciting activity in the Strategic Purchasing of Solothurner Spitäler AG. The Logistics / Central Purchasing area of soH is responsible for the strategic and central procurement of medical materials, capital goods, services, professional material management, goods supply and disposal, as well as the logistics services of the locations.

What you will do with us ##

• Strategic procurement of required services, goods and capital goods, taking into account medical requirements, quality and economic efficiency (TCO)
• Conception, integration and implementation of product group strategies and assortment management
• Active procurement market research including implementation of market potentials as well as further development of supplier and contract management
• Leading or participating in interdisciplinary procurement, optimization and standardization projects
• Proactive advice and support for medical specialist departments as well as active stakeholder management with the specialist departments on procurement topics

What you bring with you ##

• Completed degree in Business Administration (HF/FH/University level) with a focus on Purchasing/ Supply Chain/ Process Management or completed technical or medical basic training with higher further education in the field of Business Administration/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management
• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing (preferably in healthcare), proven experience in negotiation, contract and supplier management
• Good analytical and communicative skills, service-oriented with social competence and a flair for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Sound knowledge of the SAP ERP System as well as common MS-Office programs
