SAP MM Inhouse Consultant

We are looking for a committed internal consultant as part of the Corporate IT team to globally ensure the functionality and further development of the SAP module MM.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring smooth operation, performance, and continuous further development of the SAP logistics modules (especially MM) including maintenance and optimization of the group-wide SAP customizing for around 30 locations worldwide.
• Analysis of functional requirements, identification of optimization potential, as well as development and implementation of suitable SAP solutions in close cooperation with Supply Chain Management and the Stäubli divisions.
• Conception, specification, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP solutions into the Stäubli IT ecosystem, taking into account business and logistics processes.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of tests as well as quality assurance and functional support during the implementation of new functions and solutions.
• Advising, supporting, and providing functional assistance to the worldwide SAP Key Users as well as promoting knowledge transfer within the organization.
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of business processes and systems as well as in the migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or comparable practical professional experience.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Logistics as well as in the SAP module MM and other logistics modules including customizing.
• Experience in the analysis, design, and mapping of business processes in the SAP environment as well as in the development of technical specifications.
• Experience in participating in and controlling projects as well as in project management.
• Business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing; French skills and other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Analytical mindset as well as an independent, structured, and precise way of working.
• Strong customer orientation, high social competence, as well as a confident and discreet appearance.
• High communication and consulting skills in an international environment as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
