Missions As a Technical Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients; Understand client needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions; Drive projects from A to Z in collaboration with design, development, purchasing, and production teams; Ensure the coordination of all stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and deadline objectives; Participate in the optimization of technical solutions, manufacturing processes, and the supply chain; Prepare commercial offers, monitor budgets, and ensure project profitability; Lead regular exchanges with clients and provide a consulting role; Coordinate international suppliers and production partners; Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions. Candidate Profile As a Technical Account Manager, you have the following profile: Mastery of French (C2) and English (C1). Higher technical or industrial education (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Mechanics, or equivalent); Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management, strategic account management, or client-oriented technical functions; Experience gained in the luxury, merchandising, packaging, display, shopfitting sectors, or in a demanding industrial environment; Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials such as wood, metal, plastic, cardboard, leather, or textiles; Experience in managing tailor-made projects in an international context; Ability to interact with technical, industrial, and commercial interlocutors; Strong customer orientation combined with excellent technical credibility; Autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
