Accompany persons presenting with ASD and challenging behaviors in their daily lives, by mobilizing adapted and evolving approaches. Co-construct and implement individualized support projects, in collaboration with an engaged interdisciplinary team. Actively participate in the experimentation, evaluation and continuous improvement of practices: you will be an actor of innovation. For the socio-educational assistant function: CFC as socio-educational assistant and recognition SEFRI Knowledge of ASD and/or a strong willingness to undergo in-depth training. Experience in supporting or caring for publics with challenging behaviors and in complex situations: an important asset. Marked interest in innovative approaches, research and the application of best practices recognized at an international level. Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work Great capacity for adaptation, team spirit and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project. Mastery of French and usual office tools.
