Currently, we are looking for one of our customers for a: HAUSWART (m/d/w) 80 - 100% Your tasks: - Care and maintenance of properties and technical facilities - Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and inspection work - Maintenance of outdoor facilities (green spaces, paths, etc.) - Minor repairs and handicraft work - Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of buildings - Contact person for tenants, customers and external service providers Your profile: - Several years of professional experience as a janitor or in a similar function - Handicraft skills and technical understanding - Independent, reliable and structured way of working - Teamable, flexible and resilient - Good German language skills (B1) - Well-groomed appearance What we can offer you: A varied activity in a dynamic company with fair conditions, great further training opportunities and an appreciative way of thinking and acting.
