Supervisor Hazardous Materials Remediation (100%) The MUGA Solutions GmbH based in Riedholz SO is a construction site service provider active throughout Switzerland. Our roots lie in industrial dismantling and the gutting of corporate buildings. Today, we support our customers with a wide range of services, ranging from site setup to final cleaning of large construction sites. With around 60 dedicated employees, we deliver solutions for almost everything on the construction site. To build up the Hazardous Materials Remediation division, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor Hazardous Materials Remediation (100% - w/m/d) starting in early 2027. You will take responsibility on our construction sites and ensure that hazardous materials remediation is carried out safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with high quality. As a supervisor, you are the central contact person on site, coordinate the employees, and ensure smooth construction site operations. Your tasks Organization and operational management of construction sites in the field of hazardous materials remediation Coordination and deployment planning of employees on site Professional execution and supervision of hazardous materials remediation work Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations Monitoring the correct application of protective measures and personal protective equipment (PPE) Setup and monitoring of clean/white zones as well as negative pressure systems Reporting of the work performed and the progress of the construction site Material orders as well as monitoring of material consumption Contact person for construction management, customers, and external agencies on the construction site Support with the induction and instruction of new employees Your profile Completed training according to EKAS guidelines in the field of asbestos remediation Specialist for asbestos remediation reported to SUVA according to Art. 84 of the BauAV Several years of professional experience in hazardous materials remediation Experience as a team leader Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Experience in creating zone plans, air balances, as well as ideally work plans Driving license category B mandatory Very good German skills in speaking and writing French, English, and Spanish skills are an advantage We offer Responsible and varied activity Modern work equipment and professional working environment Collaboration in a motivated and collegial team Development opportunities in a growing company Contemporary employment conditions jpidd47f600jm jit0727jm jiy26jm
