Backoffice Pension Advisory Employee (60-100%, temporary for approx. 6 months)

With over 146,000 insured persons and 433 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. It is a private law foundation and has a large portfolio of directly held real estate. In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,300 apartments and over 340,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline of development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for the granting of mortgages. It manages investment assets of well over 45.8 billion francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.

To support our pension advisors, we are looking for a motivated personality for a temporary assignment of around six months, starting immediately or by arrangement

What your main tasks are

• Support for the pension advisors in daily administrative business
• Processing of correspondence
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Obtaining and following up on documents and papers
• Filing and maintenance of documents
• Collaboration in various projects
• Undertaking of further general back-office and administration tasks

What you bring

• Ongoing studies or completed commercial basic training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills
• Quick comprehension and independent way of working
• High commitment, flexibility and reliability
• Enjoyment of administrative activities and contact with various stakeholders
