Assistant/e RH H/F 100% H/F # Company Description ## Our client is an establishment recognized for its standards of excellence and demanding environment; in order to strengthen its human resources team, we are looking for an HR Assistant M/F - 12-month fixed-term contract Job Description ## • Ensure HR administrative management for a large population • Participate in monitoring the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, absences) • Ensure compliance with current Swiss regulations • Contribute to the quality of HR service in a high-end environment Profile Sought ## • 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, professional experience in Switzerland indispensable • Training in human resources • Ideally experience in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sectors • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills • Discretion, rigor, and sense of service
