Technical Manager Buildings & Infrastructures (M/F) at 80% # Company Description ## On behalf of one of our clients, an institutional player active in the management and enhancement of buildings, we are looking for a Technical Manager Buildings & Infrastructures at 80% In this role, you will ensure the operational and technical management of a portfolio of buildings spread across several sites. You will ensure their proper functioning, their maintenance, as well as the coordination of different internal and external stakeholders. Job Description ## • Ensure the technical and operational management of a multi-site real estate portfolio • Supervise and coordinate a team of 12 people • Evaluate the needs for maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of buildings • Elaborate budgets related to works and ensure their monitoring • Plan and supervise technical interventions and maintenance services • Coordinate external companies and guarantee the quality of services rendered • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards • Contribute to energy performance and sustainability objectives of the buildings • Collaborate with various internal partners within the framework of renovation, remediation, or transformation projects Profile sought ## • CFC in the building field or training deemed equivalent • ES Technician diploma in building, Federal Diploma of Technical Manager, or similar training • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable function in French-speaking Switzerland • Confirmed experience in managing technical teams • Solid skills in project management and work monitoring • Good technical knowledge of buildings (CVSE) • Sensitivity to issues related to the preservation of built heritage and sustainable development • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities • Interpersonal skills, natural leadership, tact, and team spirit • Mastery of MS Office tools Section 4 ## Conditions • Driver's license indispensable • Clean criminal record • Regular travel to different sites Additional Information • Long-term mission with possibility of evolution towards a permanent position • Varied function combining management, technical, and project management • Management of a diversified real estate portfolio spread across several sites • Environment favoring autonomy and taking of responsibilities
