Purchasing Clerk (80-100%)

After a targeted induction, you will be responsible for the optimal procurement of raw materials for production.

These are your main tasks

• Operative procurement of raw materials, packaging and machine parts
• Monitoring of stocks, delivery dates and open orders
• Schedule monitoring and complaint management with suppliers
• Creating and posting cutting orders
• Debiting materials to the orders
• Organization of the shipment of materials to external suppliers
• Maintaining contact with suppliers, especially in the areas of operative order processing and complaints
• Internal consulting for all interfaces regarding questions on raw materials
• Product master data maintenance in the ERP system
• General administrative tasks
• Participation in the inventory

This is your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with commercial further training
• Professional experience in the purchasing of a production company
• Technical flair
• Sound IT user knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills
