Healthcare Specialist EFZ 60-100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialized topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI LTCF knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
