Project Manager Aviation Systems Bern or Emmen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Plan, lead and control projects of medium to high complexity in the areas of equipment for flying crews and parachute services as well as aircraft recovery systems and other military aviation material Develop planning and control documents, technical requirements as well as proof and decision-making bases Monitor project progress, achievement of milestones and compliance with all specifications Handle certification and airworthiness issues and coordinate with the military aviation authority Conduct negotiations with stakeholders from other groups, federal offices, authorities and industry in national and international environments Ensure project-related communication within and outside of armasuisse This makes you unique Engineer ETH or FH (specialization in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or aviation) Several years of sound professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of aviation Reliable and respectful personality with a flair for methodical procedures, negotiation skills, convincing appearance, high assertiveness and strong social competence Enjoy working with different stakeholders in various technical topics of military aviation and striving to develop suitable solutions Strong understanding of customer needs, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills You have oral and written knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills (Level B2/C1) In a nutshell You will work on exciting and challenging projects for the aviation systems of the Air Force.
