Job Description

A true operational link on the ground, you actively participate in the smooth running of services and ensure a quality experience is offered to customers.

Your missions will notably include:

• Organize and supervise the smooth running of services
• Coordinate, support and unite the floor teams
• Actively participate in service and remain present on the ground
• Ensure an efficient distribution of sections and tasks
• Guarantee the fluidity and quality of service
• Welcome, advise and assist customers with professionalism
• Manage special requests and any potential complaints
• Ensure compliance with the establishment's standards
• Ensure excellent communication between the floor, the kitchen and management
• Participate in the integration and support of employees

Profile sought
-----------------

You have confirmed experience as a Maître d'Hôtel or in a similar function, ideally acquired in a brasserie or traditional restaurant.

A field professional, you are recognized for your organization, your reactivity and your ability to support a team while remaining fully operational during service.

You possess an excellent presentation, a true sense of hospitality and a strong customer orientation.

Mastery of English is indispensable for this position.
