Accounting Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the accounting and cash collection team. Responsibility for the proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting, as well as cooperation with payroll. Ensuring the timely and correct recording of all business transactions. Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the applicable accounting standards. Monitoring VAT returns and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and external auditing bodies. Further development and optimization of accounting processes as well as the internal control system (ICS). Monitoring and controlling payment runs as well as ensuring efficient receivables management. Support for the DACH organization with meaningful financial key figures and reportings for the Swiss location. Close cooperation with various departments and support in cross-departmental projects. Your profile Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, or accounting or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally with initial leadership experience. Experience in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting as well as in the closing process. Good knowledge of Swiss tax law and value-added tax. Knowledge of Swiss labor law and its implications for payroll and financial accounting is an advantage. Confident use of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a plus. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
