In order to strengthen our team and develop our clinical supervision, we are looking for: A psychologist-psychotherapist holding the federal title

Your missions

Provide individual psychotherapeutic follow-ups for adults.

Actively participate in the life of the center and team dynamics (clinical meetings, exchange of practices, intervisions).

Accompany and supervise psychotherapists in training in their clinical practice, promoting the development of their skills and professional autonomy.

Participate in clinical reflection regarding complex situations and contribute to the quality of care within the center.

Write reports and ensure administrative follow-up related to the practice.

Collaborate with the various partners of the network (doctors, institutions, insurance, etc.).

Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of clinical practices and the center's care offerings.

Profile sought

Master's in clinical psychology recognized in Switzerland.

Completed federal postgraduate title of psychotherapist recognized in Switzerland.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy after obtaining the title.

Experience in supervision, support, or management of psychologist-psychotherapists in training constitutes an important asset.

Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to support, guide, and evolve professionals in training.

Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, and ability to take initiative.

Motivation to invest long-term in a collective project.

Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages constitutes an asset.
