To support our team in the area of Quality Management Assurance (QMA), we are looking for a committed individual as Student Quality Systems & Customer Support (m/f/d) 40% In this role, you will support our team with operational and project-related tasks in quality assurance and complaint management. The focus is on documentation, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your tasks – Precise. Digital. Responsible. Participation in Computer System Validation (CSV) projects and validation activities, including test execution and documentation. Support in the creation and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and risk analyses. Assistance in the processing of deviations, root cause analyses, and CAPA measures. Support in the preparation of internal and external audits. Operational and administrative support for the Lead Manager QMA and Customer Support. Collaboration on projects for continuous process improvement in quality management. Your profile – Careful. Structured way of working. Team-oriented. Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or comparable). Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) as well as a high affinity for digital systems and software applications (e.g., TrackWise Digital, ERP systems). Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is an advantage. Very careful, exact, independent, and expeditious way of working. Good communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility.
