Technical Sterilization Assistant

Mission duration: 3 months renewable Hours: Monday to Friday 5h -14h or 12h30- 21h30 Rate: 100% Vehicle required (free parking) Your mission: As an essential actor in the medical device circuit, you will intervene in the entire reprocessing process: - Ensure the decontamination, washing and packaging of medical devices from the operating room and care units • Pilot the autoclaves and specific equipment of the sterilization service • Ensure strict compliance with current protocols and standards • Train, support and raise awareness among teams about good practices • Provide your technical expertise and act as a reference contact for internal services and external partners Your profile: You are rigorous, committed and want to evolve in a demanding environment where precision is essential: - Training as a technical assistant in sterilization (level 1 or 2) • If no diploma: confirmed experience in sterilization and washing of medical devices • Good knowledge of the operating room environment and/or care • Mastery of French (minimum level B2) • Strong sense of responsibility and respect for procedures • Organization, rigor and team spirit • Relational ease and ability to transmit information clearly • Ability to evolve in a structured and demanding framework Your working conditions: - Variable hours: day, evening, weekends and holidays • Mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment (combination, hood, mask, gloves) • Technical environment requiring constant vigilance and precision Ready to take on this challenge and contribute to the excellence of care?
