Supplementary benefits to AHV and IV secure the livelihood of people whose pensions and income do not cover the minimum living costs. They are an important part of our social security system. In the area of supplementary benefits, we process diverse personal and economic matters, check benefit claims, and accompany our insured persons during changes in their life situation. In addition to careful case processing, regular telephone, personal, and written exchange with insured persons, offices, and authorities is part of our daily work. For our team Ergänzungsleistungen Mutationen / Revisionen, we are looking for committed personalities as Sachbearbeiter/-in Ergänzungsleistungen Mutationen / Revisionen 80 - 100 % immediately or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

• Checking and clarifying the benefit entitlement of incoming applications
• Calculating, issuing orders, and paying out supplementary benefits
• Processing simple and complex changes
• Carrying out revisions
• Advising and supporting our insured persons, especially by telephone as well as personally at the counter and in writing
• Active involvement in the continuous improvement of work processes
• Participating in projects and working groups

This is what you bring with you

• Commercial training with at least three years of professional experience, preferably in the social insurance, insurance, or administrative sector
• Further training in the social insurance sector or the willingness to complete such
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as enjoyment of legal issues and numbers
• Enjoyment of regular telephone and personal customer contact as well as clear and target-group-oriented communication
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the willingness to actively help shape our work processes
