Setting Mechanic (M/F)

For one of our clients, an industrial company active in the field of mechanics, we are looking for a setting mechanic for injection presses (M/F) to strengthen its team.

Your responsibilities

• Perform the assembly and disassembly of molds for production changes, maintenance and repairs
• Set up the presses and peripherals
• Control setting parameters, observation of deviations
• Optimize processes and improve yield and quality
• Ensure the raw material supply of the injection presses
• Control and study the production data of an installation

Your profile

• CFC in the mechanical field, plastics technologist (TMP)
• Significant experience in setting injection presses
• Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are not unknown to you
• Good knowledge of the French language (German an asset)
• Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection
• IT knowledge ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an asset)
• Knowledge in the field of Lean management
• Willingness to undergo personal training
• Work in a 2x8 team model
