In a highly modern, GMP-regulated production environment, diagnostic systems are manufactured that make an important contribution to the healthcare system worldwide. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a reliable, precise working personality for the 2-shift operation as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Production Employee Assembly & Inspection (m/f) 100%# Employment: 100% Location: Rotkreuz Industry: Chemistry/Pharma Publication date: 03.07.2026 Your tasks: • Independent operation, monitoring, and maintenance of semi-automatic production facilities • Timely and high-quality assembly of modules and cartridges • Inspection and testing of manufactured products according to specifications • Support with cleaning, maintenance, and fault correction work • Participation in inventory, goods receipt inspections, and bookings • Compliance with GMP, quality, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations • Ongoing optimization of work processes (KVP) Your profile: • Completed vocational training (mandatory) • Very good German language skills (at least B2 in word and writing) • Quick comprehension and reliable, precise working method • Motivated, committed, and service-oriented personality • Communicative, open, team-capable, and implementation-strong • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation • GxP and production experience an advantage • Extract from the criminal record required What you can expect: • Responsible activity in a highly modern, international production environment • Temporary deployment with a planned duration of around one year (extension possible) • Careful training in an established team • Attractive employment conditions Have we sparked your interest?
