Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100 % Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests, including the RAI nursing needs assessment. • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a theme bearer in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
