For an established non-profit institution in the social sector in the Grabs region, we are looking for a dedicated social pedagogy professional HF/FH for an intensively supervised residential group. With professional competence, empathy, and a resource-oriented attitude, you will accompany people with cognitive impairments and sometimes challenging behavior in everyday life. In doing so, you promote their self-determination, strengthen their individual abilities, and create a safe, appreciative, and development-promoting living environment. Requirement Profile ## • Training as Dipl.
