To strengthen our dynamic FIM Zürich Desk in Global FIM (Financial Intermediary, external asset managers), we are looking for a new female or male colleague as Global FIM German-speaking Switzerland - WM Client Account Manager.

• You support the client advisors in daily business in administrative and front-oriented aspects.
• You have telephone and physical customer contact and process specific customer orders and inquiries; such as payment orders, stock exchange transactions, fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions etc.
• You create opening documents, process openings and closures, and monitor maturities/pending items. You perform mutations and complete various clarification and control tasks.

You will become part of the FIM Zürich team. We passionately look after large external asset managers from German-speaking Switzerland. Our goal is to be the first choice as a partner bank in the Swiss financial center. Efficient and always competent service is therefore a high priority for us.

Skills and Experience

• Completed UBS/CS banking apprenticeship or corresponding internship with vocational baccalaureate
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Client Account Manager or in a comparable function
• Sound banking, product, investment, and transaction knowledge as well as experience in customer care
• Support of client advisors and strong service orientation
• Good PC skills, preferably experience with UBS/CS applications
• Independent, responsible, and resilient personality
• Team player with quick comprehension as well as high communication and organizational strength
• Fluent German and good English skills as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment
