The Neuhof in Birr is a co-educational institution recognized by the federal government and the canton with 48 residential places for young people between the ages of 15 and 25. The young people are in a civil or juvenile penal measure or in a vocational measure of the IV. The wide range of residential, school and training offers serves the social and professional integration of the clients. To supplement the care team of the Progressionswohnstufen/Aussenwohngruppen for male young people, we are looking for a Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagogen 40 - 50 % Your profile: • one of the following completed trainings: HF-Diplom in Sozialpädagogik or as a nursing specialist FH-Diplom in Social Work or Nursing University degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Clinical Heilpädagogik, Educational Sciences, Psychology or Social Sciences • innovative, mature personality, minimum age 25 • experience in stationary work with disocial young people • high relationship and conflict resolution skills • pronounced social competence • willingness to work irregular hours, also on weekends • driver's license category B Your tasks: • Accompaniment and care of the young people in a team of three Sozialpädagoginnen/-pädagogen under implementation of our pedagogical-therapeutic concept • Creation and implementation of resource-oriented promotion plans and reports in the context of reference person work • coordination of activities in preparation for discharge (job search/apartment search/budget planning etc.) • interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external departments as well as with parents and authorities • completion of all administrative tasks in connection with the client systems of the assigned young people • assumption of aftercare mandates Our offer: • a particularly varied and diverse activity with a lot of scope for action in a dynamic environment • workplace in a nature park • specialist further training opportunities • attractive working and employment conditions More information will be provided by Toni Birkle, Head of Social Pedagogy, Tel. 056 464 25 21.
