• You have a completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH

• An appreciative and empathetic manner with people is natural for you
• You are resilient, flexible, and have good organizational skills
• You have good German skills in spoken and written form

Activities:

• You take responsibility for the holistic care and nursing of the residents
• You ensure the quality of application
• You take on daily responsibility as well as shift responsibility in your department
• You are co-responsible for the nursing process and for the correct nursing documentation
• You lead and conduct case discussions
• You are an important contact person for apprentices and the assistant staff in your team
