You assume professional responsibility for our finance department and report directly to the management. You roll up your sleeves while bringing ideas and proposals to improve the company.
With your two colleagues in the finance team, you keep the department running. You cover for each other, which is why payroll management should not be entirely foreign to you.

Your tasks: ###

You manage financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general and subsidiary ledgers) with real routine.
You ensure liquidity, budgeting and rigorous processing of payments, and prepare solid decision-making bases for management regarding investment issues.
You continually develop our reporting, perform analyses and forecasts, and propose concrete suggestions for cost optimization when you identify potential.
As a thought partner to management, you provide your perspective on financial issues and thus contribute to the continuous evolution of Planeco as a subsidiary of IWB. Depending on needs, you may take on additional subjects such as projects, treasury or social insurances such as LPP.

What characterizes you: ###

You have completed continuing education in the financial field (specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary with federal diploma or equivalent) and several years of practical experience in accounting and reporting. You are comfortable in daily operations and do not need instruction. You have excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting tools (we currently use Bexio). You have a true affinity for IT and digital processes, and new tools do not scare you, but rather please you. It is very important to us that you do not shy away from performing simpler tasks, while thinking and wishing to advance the company strategically. You have a true "can do" attitude. Thanks to your positive attitude, you succeed in motivating others.
