- Provide clear, pragmatic, and operational legal advice.

Contracts

Compliance & regulated environment
- Advise on regulatory requirements applicable to Laboratory, Pathology, Genetics, and Radiology activities.
- Participate in compliance mechanisms, notably related to interactions with healthcare professionals, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and third-party due diligence.
- Contribute to risk assessments, internal investigations, and remediation plans.
- Participate in the drafting and deployment of policies, procedures, and training.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in law and compliance.
