Your tasks ##

• Independent management and processing of structural engineering projects
• Coordination and leadership of construction site personnel as well as subcontractors
• Schedule, cost, and quality control
• Construction site organization and supervision
• Contact person for clients, architects, and authorities
• Deployment and scheduling of vehicles, machines, and equipment
• Timely preparation of measurements for interim and final settlements
• Creation of measurements, settlements, and construction site documentation

Our requirements ##

• Completed training in construction (e.g., mason, structural draughtsman) with further training as a Construction Manager / Technician HF / Site Manager
• Several years of experience in CH - structural engineering,
• Entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness
• Organizational strength and independent way of working
• Competent contact person for customers
• Expert support and assistance for the project teams
• Knowledge of common construction software as well as experience in the field of BIM is an advantage
