Architect Executive Design (m/f/d) 80–100%

For our client, an established company in the field of timber construction and architecture in the Winterthur region, we are looking for an initiative personality per sofort or by arrangement, who accompanies construction projects from planning to realization with commitment and professional competence. Tasks In this versatile position, you will take over the independent processing of projects in executive design and are responsible for the creation as well as coordination of detail and working drawings. You work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and ensure smooth coordination across all project phases. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development and optimization of constructive solutions and support the adherence to deadlines, costs and quality standards. Requirements You have completed training as an architect or an equivalent qualification and bring practical experience in executive design. You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way and appreciate working in a collegial environment with short decision-making paths. Proficient use of industry-standard planning software as well as a strong sense of responsibility round off your profile. Interest in professional development and the willingness to take on personal responsibility are an advantage for this position.
