Based in Opfikon, near Zurich, Implenia employs more than 8,000 people (FTE) throughout Europe and achieved a turnover of 3.5 billion Swiss francs in 2025.  For more information, please visit implenia.com.  Missions • Analyze the client's specifications (private or public). • Study and propose technical and economic variants. • Establish quantities according to plans or BIM models. • Calculate all trades, prepare offers. • Consult and supervise consultants for the preparation of estimates. • Participate in coordination meetings and validation of technical choices. • Write technical descriptions and methodology. • Transmit technical and contractual elements. • Collaborate with Construction Managers and/or Project Managers • Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring You bring ### • Training as a construction economist or equivalent title. • Several years of experience in the construction field. • Solid TCE experience on large-scale projects. • Good mastery of IT tools including ATTIC+. • Proven experience in multi-technical collaboration. • Rigor, precision, strong organization. • Good analytical and thinking capacity.
