Your role Preparation of warm and cold dishes for our residents as well as our guests Support in food production Ensuring a smooth workflow in everyday kitchen operations Coordination of kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef or the deputy Assistance during events and banquets Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP) Ensuring the quality and presentation standards of our food Assistance with the preparation and cooking as well as the plating of food Deployment at all kitchen stations as well as support in service if required General tidying and cleaning work Your profile Completed training as Cook / EFZ Professional experience, ideally in communal catering Independent, reliable and careful way of working Resilience as well as flexibility with varying workloads Joy in cooking as well as in the preparation of fresh and balanced meals Confident handling of hygiene regulations (HACCP) as well as compliance with quality standards Respectful treatment of elderly people as well as upholding their dignity Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and openness to new challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing We offer Family atmosphere and appreciative employee culture Continuous further training opportunities 5–7 weeks vacation Free parking spaces Discounted meals and many other benefits Ready for this challenge?
