Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) for our club in Fribourg.

As a fitness instructor at PureGym, you always do your best to offer our members the best possible experience in our clubs. You also support performance improvement measures in the club and act as the right hand to the gym management.

What you accomplish:

• You take care of our members and accompany them in a friendly manner, spreading the PureGym spirit throughout
• You apply the defined PureGym standards and lead by example
• You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always respected
• You regularly keep yourself informed of PureGym news and market developments and assist the Gym Management in the development and execution of plans aimed at enabling your club to establish itself in the market
• You engage in promotional actions and support your club in the distribution of flyers

What you bring:

• You have a fitness instructor qualification recognized by Qualitop Suisse
• You have a high affinity with sport, fitness, health, and sales
• You have very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus
• You are flexible, even for tasks in the evening and on weekends
• You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to take on the substitution tasks of the Gym Management
• You enjoy contact with customers
• You are motivated to take on new tasks
• You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team
