Technician/Foreman Carpentry

To complete our team, we are looking for a Technician/Foreman Carpenter (M/F) at 100%, or holder of an equivalent qualification.

Founded in 1974, the company Frossard Bois SA, Charpente et Menuiserie, is composed of 45 employees, including 19 dedicated to the carpentry sector. Passionate about wood, we manufacture buildings and create furniture in the image of our base material: with nobility and beauty. Your main missions
As a professional in design and realization, you intervene on sustainable wood construction projects. Your responsibilities are divided as follows:
Design and technical management:

• Study the plans and specifications of clients, architects, and engineers while integrating technical, budgetary, and normative constraints.
• Perform static calculations.
• Draw precise execution plans using the software Cadwork while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and durability standards.

Project monitoring and logistics:

• Estimate quantities, evaluate material costs, and place the necessary orders.
• Collaborate with the various project stakeholders and ensure the conformity of execution.
• Direct and monitor work in the workshop as well as on the construction site, participate in meetings, and control quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with budgets and deadlines.
• Prepare invoices (writing texts and measuring quantities).

Secondary missions (internal training provided):

• Calculate prices, write, and format offers via the software Triviso.
• Program the CNC machining center for solid wood elements via the software Lignocam.
• Ensure the monitoring and training of apprentices within the company (regular interviews, program follow-up).

Your profile

• You possess a training as a Wood / Carpentry Technician or a title deemed equivalent.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of materials, techniques, and wood construction tools.
• You master the CAD software Cadwork as well as basic IT tools (Word, Excel).
• You are recognized for your rigor, your precision, and your sense of detail.
• You demonstrate excellent teamwork, initiative, as well as capacities for anticipation and adaptation.
• You share our sensitivity to ecology and sustainability.
