For our store in the Fashion Outlet Center Landquart, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality as Assistant Store Manager (80-100%) who supports our Store Manager in day-to-day operations, motivates the team, and actively helps shape the success of the branch.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Store Manager in the management and organization of the branch
• Shared responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Active selling with passion and a sense of style
• Representation of the branch according to the philosophy of COMPANYS
• Participation in sales promotion activities and local store events
• Support in merchandise management and shopping preparation
• Training and motivation of the sales staff
• Taking over administrative tasks in daily operations

Your profile

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in a leadership role
• "Passion for people and fashion" – you love fashion and interacting with people
• Experience in selling women's and men's fashion
• Enjoyment of team leadership and personnel development
• Goal-oriented, independent, and reliable way of working
• Sense of responsibility and flexibility
• You think structurally and act organized – your way of working is characterized by clarity, reliability, and an eye for the essentials
• You bring visual strength – you understand how fashion becomes an experience through attractive presentation and skillfully stage products
• You identify with "your branch" and get involved with passion
