To complement the team, we are looking for the Civil Engineering area as of 01 October 2026 or by agreement for a:

Head of Water Supply Department / Wellmaster 100%

Main tasks:

• Responsibility and leadership of the municipal water supply
• Maintenance of the Liestal water supply facilities
• Coordination and cooperation with authorities and planners
• Ensuring quality assurance in the water supplies
• Leadership of the water supply team

Professional requirements:

• Wellmaster with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Good IT user skills
• Professional experience in the same or a similar function

Personal requirements:

• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills
• Confident style in the German language
• Commitment, quick comprehension, reliable and independent way of working
• Customer orientation
• Readiness for on-call service
