Lonza as a leading contract manufacturer of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) has many years of experience at the Visp site for the clinical and commercial production of this emerging class of medicines. The research and production of ADCs and other bioconjugates are in a strong growth phase worldwide and also in our company, which is why we are looking for a new and committed Laboratory Technician to strengthen our Analytical Development team at the Visp site. As a member of our department, you are involved in the development, optimization and validation of analytical methods for process-related analysis and release of bioconjugates. You work according to ISO and GMP quality guidelines, plan and process the analysis orders assigned to you independently and create the associated documentation. The complete list of our global benefits can also be found at: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi Your tasks: Development, optimization and validation of analytical methods such as RP-, SE- and IEX-HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS, UV/VIS spectroscopy and ELISA Independent execution of the planned laboratory work according to the defined schedule; appropriate documentation of raw data and creation of study protocols, work instructions and reports Ensuring efficient laboratory operations by complying with hygiene regulations, maintenance and maintenance of laboratory equipment, monitoring inventory and timely procurement of raw and consumable materials Ensuring that your own training is up to date, instructing and training employees on specific instruments and analysis techniques, being flexible and enthusiastic to also support other activities within the department Your profile: Apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory technician or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or equivalent is required Initial experience with HPLC is desirable Initial experience with GMP is a plus Good German language skills (spoken and written) are required and basic knowledge of English About Lonza: At Lonza, our employees are our greatest strength.
