As a claims specialist, you accompany our customers through challenging claim cases - proactively and uncomplicatably. In this way, you strengthen the trust in Mobiliar as the most personal insurance in Switzerland.

What you will achieve with us ##

The core of your job is the comprehensive accompaniment of our customers in the event of a claim. You look after them from the first claim report to the successful conclusion and ensure a smooth process during the entire claims processing.

In doing so, you work closely with your team and all parties involved to find suitable solutions. With your readiness to provide service and your empathy, you convey security to our customers even in challenging situations.

Additionally, you carry out on-site claim inspections. This allows you to assess situations directly, accompany our customers personally, and develop individual solutions.

What you bring with you ##

• Ideally several years of experience in claims processing (predominantly property, liability, and motor vehicle claims)
• Joy in contact and in supporting our customers in challenging situations
• High motivation to learn new things in a diverse field of activity and to take on responsibility
• Proactive and independent way of working
• Responsible, empathetic, and open personality
• Confident handling of Office products and digital affinity
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage.

Your workload is negotiable from 80% and the start of employment is immediate or by arrangement. Your place of work is Baden, home office is also possible.
