Senior Project Engineer HVAC Services

Apply Initial situation ### For our client, an internationally active engineering company focusing on the life science industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Project Engineer HVAC Services (m/f/d). In this demanding position, you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for the trades of heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary and accompany demanding pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects through all project phases. Vacancy No. 6627 ## Tasks ### • Leadership and coordination of HVAC services teams in life science projects • Independent development of concepts for HVAC systems • Sizing, calculation, and planning of building services systems and installations • Preparation of calculations, tenders, and technical bid documents • Supervision of HVAC services during the execution phase • Technical consulting and direct support of customers • Preparation and evaluation of mass and energy balances • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for HVAC systems • Execution of technical bid comparisons • Responsibility for deadlines, budgets, and relevant project KPIs • Coordination of project participants and support with permits and construction services • Technical guidance and mentoring of junior engineers Requirements ### • Degree in the field of building services engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering, or training as a technician/master with a planning background • More than ten years of project experience in new construction and renovation projects, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment • Sound experience in the sizing, calculation, and planning of building services systems according to SIA • Very good knowledge of the relevant norms and standards as well as FDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements • Experience in the leadership and coordination of project teams • High customer orientation as well as strong problem-solving competence • Independent, structured, and proactive way of working • Willingness for increased travel activity, also outside the DACH region IT ### AutoCAD: very good MS Office: very good Revit: an advantage BIM systems: an advantage Calculation programs: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good English m+s: very good Start of position ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Basel Special ### A demanding leadership and project task awaits you in an international engineering environment with a focus on pharmaceutical and life science projects.
