Jurist (M/F) at 40-50%

Mission: Within a small team, you report directly to the Direction of the Service and conduct litigation procedures arising from tax legislation, notably claims, appeals, and requests for revision. You study the various legal issues raised by the different sections of the Service, by taxpayers, and by representatives. You collaborate on the study and conduct of legislative amendments and establish cantonal directives relating to taxation and collection. You support the Direction in the preparation of arguments for parliamentary interventions and federal and cantonal consultation procedures. You are called upon to collaborate in staff training, notably by ensuring the monitoring of case law. You assist the head of Service and his deputy in monitoring legal themes and are in charge of drafting legal opinions on various themes. You provide legal support for forced collection procedures and tax reminder and tax evasion procedures. You study tax issues related to occupational pension schemes and participate, for the Département des finances, in monitoring files handled by the various intercantonal commissions. You may be called upon to represent the Service within cantonal and intercantonal commissions. You participate in the séminaire fiscal jurassien. Profile: Holder of a master's degree in law, you benefit from additional training at DAS level or deemed equivalent, ideally in taxation. Holding a lawyer or notary patent is a real asset. You have 2 to 4 years of experience in the fiscal and legal field, and possess knowledge in legislative drafting. You have real writing skills and good knowledge of German. You are calm and organized in character, and know how to demonstrate autonomy, efficiency, and initiative. You know how to defend your positions and argue your decisions. You have a good understanding of the Swiss and international political situation.
