For our client, we are looking for a service employee with EFZ or several years of qualified work experience. As a service employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ), you are qualified to work in various gastronomic establishments such as restaurants, hotels or cafes. Your main task is to receive, serve and care for guests to ensure they have a pleasant gastronomic experience. Your daily tasks include taking orders, serving drinks and food, setting tables and handling invoices. You should also be able to advise guests on the choice of dishes and drinks and provide recommendations. The client has mentioned the following additional tasks: Service in the nursing home immediately: We are looking for a service employee (professional) for a temporary deployment of 4–6 weeks in an approximately 80% workload. Tasks: Guest service and cash register operation. Required: German mandatory, experience in the healthcare sector. Deployment in a team of 15 service employees. Reliability and customer orientation are expected. Your profile: As a service employee with EFZ, you must have a high level of hospitality, communication skills and service orientation. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and also remain calm and polite in hectic situations.
