In the area of living during training, we accompany young adults in vocational training (PrA, EBA, EFZ) as well as in clarification and integration measures of the IV on their way to more independence, stability and professional perspective. For our location Wohnen Mühlefeld 3 in Oensingen, we are looking for a Sozialpädagogin / a Sozialpädagoge HF/FH as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement This is what your new working day with us looks like • Social pedagogical accompaniment of young adults in everyday life with a focus on independence, stability, social participation and professional perspectives • Reference person work as well as resource- and solution-oriented design of individual development and goal processes • Accompanying and stabilizing transitions to training, work and independent living • Promoting orientation, structure and stability in challenging life situations • Accompanying young adults in vocational training (PrA, EBA, EFZ) as well as in clarification and integration measures of the IV, for example in the context of a buildup training or a professional orientation • Plannable working hours in the context of early and late shifts (until 22:00) without night work and usually without weekend shifts • Cooperation with internal departments as well as external specialists (IV, psychiatry, guardianships, work integration, relatives and other specialist offices) • Participation in location discussions, team meetings, case reflections and professional development work • Professionally sound documentation and reporting in the context of vocational integration measures • Shaping a supportive, appreciative and development-promoting living atmosphere What we expect from you • Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent education • Enjoyment of working with young adults in development and transition phases • High social and reflective competence as well as a resource-oriented and professional attitude in relationship design • Security in dealing with challenging situations as well as the ability to consciously design closeness and professional demarcation • Communication strength, resilience and humor in dealing with complex situations • Motivation for interprofessional cooperation and active participation in social pedagogical processes • Structured way of working as well as good IT user skills (Microsoft 365) What we offer you - our diverse employee benefits • Flexibility in the working day with modern working time models • Further development through free internal courses and support for external further training • Above-average social benefits and provisions • High-quality catering at discounted prices • Attractive discounts from partners as well as internal discounts • Free parking without parking stress
