In Operations, we procure high-quality raw materials, produce fresh couvertures, and refine them in our manufactory into FrischSchoggi, Pralinés, Truffes, and figures. This is what awaits you #####

• You bear overall responsibility for Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operational Excellence
• You work closely with operations and combine strategic foresight with operational implementation
• You lead four direct and several indirect employees holistically in the areas of Technical Service, Infrastructure, Project Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• You report directly to the COO and act as a strategic and operational sparring partner
• You ensure a stable, secure, and scalable technical basis at all production and logistics sites
• You develop and implement a digitalization and scaling strategy to support quality, employees, and growth
• You plan and realize production and logistics solutions, including new buildings, conversions, and expansions, and ensure their operational and maintenance readiness

This is what you bring #####

• You have at least a university degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in an engineering science field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering; further qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma, project management certificates, or a master's degree are an advantage
• You have long-term leadership experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the food industry
• You bring a deep understanding of processes, technology, and people
• You have proven successes in organizational and process development (CI, Lean, digitalization) and enjoy operational leadership across multiple technical departments
• You have experience in CAPEX planning, technical standards, and lifecycle management and can clearly communicate complex technical topics
• You have very good German language skills and pronounced strength in stakeholder management
