What you move ### • As a team leader, you take on the functional and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees in Facility Management. • You are the central contact person for all Facility Management concerns. • You ensure order, cleanliness, hygiene as well as a high service quality for internal customers. • You organize and monitor cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping services as well as other internal services and consumables. • You control external FM service providers and partner companies and are responsible for their quality control. • You support audits, inspections and operational walkthroughs and participate in infrastructure, sustainability and optimization projects. What you bring ### • Education: Completed basic or further education • Specialization: in the technical, manual or commercial field as well as further training in Facility Management, building management, in business administration or comparable. • Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in Facility Management, building or infrastructure management.
