To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Specialist Integrated Management System IMS 80-100%, immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks Coordination as well as support in the maintenance, further development and continuous improvement of our integrated management system (quality, environment, energy and occupational safety) Preparation, organization, accompaniment and follow-up of internal and external audits Support in the planning and execution of supplier, process and system audits Maintenance and further development of the process landscape as well as the documented information Support of the specialist departments with questions regarding management systems, customer requirements and normative specifications Participation in the processing of complaints as well as in corrective and improvement measures Participation in cross-departmental improvement and digitalization projects Implementation and tracking of customer requirements (Customer Specific Requirements – CSR) Promotion of quality, environmental and safety awareness Your profile Technical basic training and studies e.g. as Dipl. Qualitätsmanager NDS HF or equivalent further education Professional experience in quality management or in an integrated management system of an industrial company Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable. Qualification as 1st and/or 2nd Party Auditor according to IATF 16949 or practical experience in the automotive environment Knowledge of the Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, 50001, 45001 is a plus Structured, analytical and independent way of working High communication strength and ability to work in a team Very good MS Office user knowledge, document management system experience Very good German and good English skills We offer We offer you a demanding and varied activity, employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement, free parking spaces as well as at least five weeks of vacation.
