Fiduciary Clerk

In this versatile position, you will support the management of mandates and undertake varied tasks in the areas of accounting, administration, and fiduciary services. Tasks

• Maintaining financial and subsidiary ledgers
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Support with tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Management and processing of various client mandates
• General fiduciary and administrative tasks
• Contact and correspondence with customers, authorities, and other contact persons
• Support for mandate managers with more demanding tasks

Profile

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in the fiduciary sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Exact, independent, and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and varied tasks
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in long-term professional development in the fiduciary sector
