Your tasks <br /> • Leadership with trust: You lead and promote your team (4 employees) and actively drive the digitization of internal processes. • Innovation & development: You are responsible for the conception, development, and implementation of new functionalities and processes in the SAP landscape (MM/HCM) and the time management system. • System & process responsibility as well as project management: You maintain, support, and continuously develop the SAP modules MM and HCM as well as our time and expense recording system <<Time>>. You are also responsible for access management. You lead or accompany important (sub-)projects and represent your department in internal and external expert groups. • Interface competence (SPOC): You are the central hub for SAP within the Cantonal Police and have close contact with the CCOE SAP of the Finance Administration as well as the internal helpdesk. • Knowledge transfer & support: You are responsible for key user support, document innovations (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso), and conduct cadre training in German and French. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Solid foundation: A completed higher education degree (FH, Uni) in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification, combined with solid IT experience and know-how in the financial environment. • SAP expertise: Several years of solid experience in handling the SAP modules MM and HCM. • Project & leadership experience: You have already successfully led projects and bring experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams. • Mindset: Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, solution orientation, and a pronounced affinity for technical topics. • Personality & language: You are a motivated, socially competent personality who communicates appropriately with all hierarchical levels.
